1. Synthesis of Amino Sealing Agent

Firstly, dichloroalkyltetramethyldisiloxane is put into a reactor, replaced with nitrogen, and liquid ammonia is introduced. The reaction is stirred at a certain pressure and temperature to the boiling point, and excess ammonia is removed by reducing pressure. The remaining material is pumped into a distillation kettle for vacuum distillation to extract the amino sealing agent.

2. Synthesis of siloxane segments

Put octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), amino capping agent, and potassium hydroxide into the reaction kettle, replace them with nitrogen, stir and raise the temperature. After the reaction is completed, lower the temperature, and neutralize and filter the siloxane chain segments with a small amount of acetic acid

3. Synthesis of Double Epoxy Terminated Polyether

Put the terminated hydroxyl polyether and epichlorohydrin into the reaction kettle, stir and raise the temperature. After the reaction is completed, lower the temperature, neutralize with sodium hydroxide, and filter the double epoxy terminated polyether.

4. Preparation of Organic Silicon Finishing Agent by Block Polymerization

Put the siloxane chain segment and double epoxy terminated polyether into the reaction kettle, replace them with nitrogen, add catalyst and solvent, stir and raise the temperature. After the reaction is completed, lower the temperature, adjust it to the specified pH range with acetic acid, and filter to obtain the finished product.
